Achieving business objectives in this complex and fast changing world is a balancing act. An integral look at your people and organisation is needed to deliver real impact. As trusted advisor I work from an integral system approach, after which we break down next steps into small programs and interventions.

Training & workshop

In mentoring and coaching I believe in working with the future state and unlocking the potential within people. Mentoring, coaching can be at individual- or team level and about various topics like: personal effectivness, soft skills, agile leadership skills, sales or sales performance management. My toolbox consists of working with NLP, systemic work, Process communication model and body experiences from martial arts tai chi and karate/boxing. Key is to get out of comfort zone and make small learning progress to drive learning impact.

Coaching/Mentoring

The trainings and workshops are highly practical and interactive. In general all learning programs are blended and tailored to your specific needs in order to create real impact.
